"The David Gordon Trio Speaks Latin"
- One of the finest jazz trios in the country, this 'Speaks Latin' project features the band's uniquelycrafted treatments of song and dance melodies from South America, including those of Simón Díaz, Mercedes Sosa, Victor Jara and Jorge Cafrune, as well as Latin jazz tunes of pianists Chick Corea and Michel Petrucciani. Milonga, zamba, chacarera - a spicy feast for all lovers of jazz and Latin music.
